Terms & Conditions 

1. Scope of Application
   These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and transactions made through our online store.

2. Prices & Payment

   • All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams).

   • We currently ship within the UAE only.

   • Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) with DHL, fixed fee 40 AED.

3. Shipping

   • Shipping is carried out by DHL within the UAE.

   • Flat rate: 40 AED per order.

   • Delivery time: approx. 2–5 business days.

4. Warranty & Liability

   • Products are intended for professional use (cosmetics).

   • Liability is limited to statutory requirements.

5. Retention of Title
   Goods remain property of Evacolors Trading L.L.C. until full payment is received.
