Shipping Terms – United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  1. Shipping Area

    • We currently ship within the UAE only.

    • No international deliveries are available at this time.

  2. Delivery Service

    • Orders are shipped via DHL Cash on Delivery (COD).

    • Payment is made directly to the DHL courier upon delivery.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Flat rate shipping fee: 40 AED per order.

    • The shipping fee is non-refundable.

  4. Delivery Times

    • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

    • Delivery may take longer during public holidays or promotional periods.

  5. Customer Responsibilities

    • Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing the order.

    • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect details or absence, re-delivery fees may apply.
